Lauren has been practicing vinyasa/flow yoga styles since 2011. She finds that every time she steps on her mat, she feels strong, at ease, and connected with herself and her body in a powerful way. Lauren believes yoga can be a healing, empowering, and transformative force in people’s lives. She completed her teacher training in 2014 so she could share her love and passion for the practice with others. She enjoys working with a wide variety of students and helping them discover their own power on the mat. Her classes are thoughtfully sequenced and challenging, with a focus on alignment, core stability, and breath.
