Marita began her yoga journey in 2007 when she and Danielle tried a class with no thought they would be able to take the heat. Despite the heat and difficulty breathing, and generally not being in shape, she found that it got better–not easier, necessarily, but better. Practicing Bikram Yoga has improved her physical and mental health in many ways. She loves working in the studio where she can share with the students, and it allows her to see how their lives are being changed.
