Valerie teaches a powerful and playful Vinyasa Flow with emphasis on breathing, tapping into individual feeling and sensation. No matter how much yoga experience you have, in every class you will be challenged, empowered, and nurtured. You will sweat out and leave behind old tensions, fears and doubts.
She started practicing Hot Yoga in 2005 after the birth of her third daughter and continued well into her fourth pregnancy. Yoga has contributed to her physical and mental strength throughout the years.
Valerie has been a student of a variety of Yoga styles over the years. She is a 200hr Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher, has completed Baron Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Trainings Level 1 and 2 (and is looking forward to level 3 in Dec!!). One day Immersions and Art of Assisting.
She has also completed Anna Forrest workshops. Her most recent training was April 2016 where she completed a five-day Power Yoga and Meditation Immersion with Bryan Kest in California.
