Hot 90
A series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is done in the safe environment of a heated room which promotes deep stretching without risk of injury. The postures create a complete workout, including cardio, without pounding the spinal column or other joints of the body. By the end of class you will have worked every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, internal organ and gland while systematically delivering oxygenated blood to 100% of your body.
Hot 60
This class has a second set of a few more postures, and incorporates more Savasanas to allow for relaxation and rejuvenation between postures. The perfect blend of our Hot 50 and Hot 90.

This is a 60 minute class. Heat 105 degrees 40% humidity. Bikram-inspired yoga 26 poses. Class begins with Pranayama (breathing exercise) followed by a series of postures linked with breath for 60 minutes.
Hot 60+
Often defined as “willful or forceful” – Hatha yoga denotes a set of physical exercises (asanas or postures). Arrangements of asanas, are designed to align your skin, muscles, and bones. These postures are also designed to open the many channels of the body – particularly the main channel, the spine. This promotes free-flowing energy. HOT 60 + is a fusion hot yoga class. Imagine the perfect combination of Vinyasa Flows and traditional HOT 60 balancing, stretching and spine strengthening poses. This class is 60 minutes to music in a heated room. Every HOT 60 + class is rooted in in courage and compassion. HOT 60 + offers a unique exploration on the mat. You will be encouraged to get curious about your practice and try on new ways of looking at familiar poses. Accept the challenge: you will explore advanced variations of the poses, dial up the intensity and take you practice to the next level.

Barre
Barre class is strength training with stretching combined into an energizing workout that will create long lean muscle. This class is for anyone who wants to target arms, hips, thighs, and seat to get fit faster. What do I need? Yoga mat, socks, a hand towel or stretch band. Optional: 2-8 lb. weights. Sign up online to reserve your spot, space is limited! Practiced in a warm room with the temperature ranging from 85-90 degrees. All levels welcome!
Hot Hatha Flow
This is the perfect class for those starting or maintaining a hot yoga practice. Done in a hot room in order to warm up the body quickly and maximize the detoxifying, cleansing effects of the postures, it blends traditional Hatha yoga postures with upper-body-building and core strengthening sun salutations from Vinyasa Flow.
Flow
Vinyasa Flow is dynamic movement linked with breath in a mildly heated room to encourage detoxification through sweat and enhance muscle and joint opening. This class focuses on transitions and poses that help to develop greater strength, flexibility and balance with an emphasis on safe alignment and mindful breathing. A class that flows into various core-strengthening asanas that will keep you centered and coming back for more! Set in our heated room, your muscles will enjoy building upon continued agility and accelerated strength within in that progressive flow. Access your innermost power!

Functional Flow
A slow flow based on anatomy, alignment, functionality, and muscular energy linked with breath. Learn the functional fundamentals to further your ability to safely explore a wider variety of poses. Experience and discover the positive effects of yoga in a warm room. Introduction to various techniques of pranayama – the extension of the prana (breath or life force) or breath control. These classes are offered in both the WARM and NO-HEAT varieties – as indicated on the schedule. Either way, be prepared to break a significant-sweat.

Power Journey Flow
Baron Baptiste’s signature sequence includes the five essential categories of asana – standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists and inversions – and challenges students to step up, show up, and find their own personal edge. We welcome everyone at any level of experience. We promise a challenging class and while we ask you to embrace that, we also want you to listen to your body and take modifications if needed.

Hot Core Fusion combines high intensity training with yoga in a mildly heated room to work your core from every angle to get stronger muscles and a smaller waist. For beginners to advanced practitioners, you will improve circulation, flexibility, metabolism, and gain strength as you detoxify.
Afterburn
Create long, lean muscles while burning calories and increasing flexibility. Afterburn combines metabolism-boosting, high intensity sculpting intervals using your own body as resistance, yoga flow and stretches, and your option to lift your heart rate by adding free weights to intensify your workout. Afterburn is fun and energetic—it will improve your core and cardio strength and will surely leave you invigorated and with your own afterburn.

Pilates & Yoga Fitness Class
A unique class designed to build strength & gain flexibility. The moves fit perfectly together to form a class filled with intense choreography that’s fun, challenging and will make you sweat. It’s about energy, power, and rhythm. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability. All levels welcome.
Yoga Sculpt
Perfect blend of vinyasa yoga flow, resistance training and light cardio to get the best of all training methods. Ideal if you want to change up your yoga practice to focus more on strength. Also ideal if you find traditional yoga challenging for your mental focus and need more movement and music beat to help you through the workout.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa Practice (HEATED) with attention and intention. These classes typically move through a warm-up and Sun Salutations into strategically sequenced postures, working toward a particular peak pose or targeting a specific body part. Come prepared to learn how to move your body skillfully and safely on the mat. You’ll leave these classes feeling like you got a satisfying workout for both your body and your mind.

Candlelight Vinyasa Flow
During our Candlelight Vinyasa Flow you will enjoy a peaceful and relaxing candlelit room as you move from one pose to the next. A perfect way to unwind after a busy day. This hot, dynamic class encompasses a strong standing flow to warm the body with an emphasis on mindful movements. This class is appropriate for all levels.
Room heated to a comfortable 95-98 degrees.
Shambhava Hot 60
Shambhava Yoga emphasizes linking breath and movement to stretch and strengthen the body while deepening awareness of the Inner Self. This class combines the longer holds and inward focus of hatha yoga with slow flow vinyasa to transition smoothly between postures, using the heat of the room to purify and cleanse. Moderately paced. Set to meditative music. Accessible to beginners, challenging for experienced yogis.
