Prenatal yoga allowed me to get away from the daily stress of just life and focus on my baby and myself, while still being able to stay in shape. I kept coming back because it was my ‘me time,’ which is hard to get sometimes. I would recommend this class to anyone who would love to stay in shape while pregnant; I will definitely do this for my next pregnancy.”
